Finish what you started.

The Program makes interactive training programs for people who already know the rules and want help keeping them.

The founder

I built the structure I needed before I knew how to ask for it.

I grew up in team sports, raced Spartan events for three years, and played four years of high school football — three of them on varsity, on a team that won two state championships. I didn't enjoy most of it. I wanted to quit for years, and my dad kept saying the same thing: “Finish what you started.” So I did.

After school, nobody was making me do anything. Someone bet me I couldn't run a half marathon without stopping, and I had never run more than five miles. My first attempt at a plan was “just overwhelming for a non-trained body,” so I researched zones, heart rate, recovery and session types, built a roughly ten-week plan, and ran 1:56 against a sub-2:00 goal. After that race, I had found my new hobby.

Then 1:52 at the Miami Half. Then a half Ironman in Puerto Rico, on six weeks of cycling and two months of swimming — 6:30 on a hilly course, when the goal was just to finish. I'm training for another one in December.

The Program turns that hard-won structure into something you can actually use: less to decode, more to log, and a clearer next step when motivation goes quiet.

What the programs do

Everything decided in advance — except whether you show up.

Each program turns a written plan into something you use every day, on your own phone.

Decided for you

The thinking

  • Calories and macros from your own numbers — 75 Hard
  • A plan built from your race date, 6 to 40 weeks — Half Ironman 70.3
  • The right station loads for your gender and division — HYROX
  • Today's session, and what comes after it
Left to you

The doing

  • Showing up
  • Logging the day — about ten seconds
  • On 75 Hard, starting again cleanly when a day breaks, without losing the days you did
Who it's for

Built for people who finish. Honestly, not for everyone.

It's for you if

You want structure

  • You know the rules and keep stalling on the doing
  • You have a race, a date, or a challenge you've committed to
  • You'd rather own a tool than rent a coach
  • You want your data on your own device, not in an account
It's not for you if

You want supervision

  • You need someone texting you at 7am to show up
  • You want a coach adjusting your plan week by week
  • You're looking for a guaranteed result or a quick fix
The philosophy

Adherence, not information.

The rules of 75 Hard, a 70.3 or a HYROX race are easy to find. People rarely stop because they didn't know them — they stop because showing up got hard. So everything here is built for the day after motivation fades: a grid that fills in, logging that takes seconds, and a plan that already knows what's next.

Why it works

Structure, not supervision.

Nothing nags you, and nothing lets you pretend — the record is yours, on your own device. That's deliberate. Research on exercise motivation finds that people whose reasons are their own are more likely to keep going over time than people pushed from outside.
